About us

DRD4-7R, also known as the 'Adventure gene', is a specific DNA sequence that is found in 20% of humans. These people are wired in such a way that they are happiest when they are seeking adventure, travel and exploration.

At 7R Diving, this spirit of adventure is at the core of everything we believe in.

We offer all the training and adventure opportunities you need to get your adrenaline fix, whilst maintaining impeccable safety standards. Whether you are new to diving, looking to become a dive professional, want to get involved in technical training or just nurture that need for exploration, we can help.

Our mission is to share our passion for adventure and the under-water world and provide the highest quality experiences available on the market.

We create great divers in a safe, team-building environment.

We insist on small groups for any excursion and the highest standards to help you reach your goals. With years of experience and some of the highest technical qualifications in the Mediterranean, we are constantly evolving with the most up-to-date training techniques and equipment available.

We have the perfect prime seafront location and can arrange access to the best facilities, the best trips and even great local accommodation, if required.

Malta has everything from shallow training sites, to the most comprehensive collection of wrecks in Europe - many at the perfect depth for entry level technical training - as well as truly impressive sites at more than 100m – this is why we call it home !
